We are not only an e-shop. We also offer professional service of bicycles and electric bikes.
Cycle service is open every day
The opening hours of the bicycle service are the same as those of the shop.
All services are now accepted without an appointment.
The warranty inspection is completely free and not to be missed. For some bike brands, the warranty inspection is also a condition for any extended warranties. We will fit your bike accessories free of charge during the inspection.
We recommend that you make an appointment for a warranty inspection - with a booked appointment, we can make it within 60 minutes. While you wait for your bike to be serviced, you can enjoy a cup of coffee in our Velo restaurant. If you arrive without an appointment within our opening hours, the speed of the warranty inspection will depend on the current service load. We can normally do it in 90 minutes.
We will pick up / deliver your bike for service
We can pick up your bike for service in the afternoon at your home or work. After the service we will bring the bike back to you. The price for transport is 15 CZK / km.
The standard service is intended for new or regularly serviced bikes. We recommend the Complete Service - OUR TIP.

It's a good idea to give your bike a complete or general service at least once a year.
