How to choose insoles for cycling shoes
The cycling spike insoles or liner is unfortunately an often neglected, yet very important part of a cyclist's equipment. When pedaling a bicycle, the stiff sole of the spike is deliberately eliminating the function of the natural arc of the foot, which is of course highly stressed and needs support in a way that suits the particular structure of each foot.
