The Roc Loc 5.5 clamping system ensures a perfect fit on your head, which you can adjust to your exact needs. In the case of the variant with MIPS technology, it is also integrated with the MIPS insert.

Technology

• ROC LOC® 5 A modern, super-lightweight Giro™ clamping system that allows vertical and horizontal adjustment of your helmet. You can do all this with one hand using the wheel. Roc Loc® 5 is unsurpassed in comfort and stability.

• IN-MOLD® Designation of a technological process in which EPS polystyrene foam is pressure-injected into the shell and reinforcements enclosed in the mould. Their connection reinforces the area of the vents and ribs. The result is a compact, uniform, lightweight, safe and very durable helmet.

• MIPS (Multidirectional Impact Protection System) is a slippery insert between the EPS shell (helmet body) and the inner liners. In the event of an angled impact (for example, if you catch your head on a branch), the helmet's EPS shell will roll a few millimeters over the MIPS layer, protecting your head and brain from the violent rotational jerk.

• The SUPER FIT™ System is made up of up to four helmet sizes designed to cover a range of different head sizes for all users. Thanks to this system, the helmets of the higher categories are ideally prepared for every rider.
