Product description
The Helios Spherical cycling helmet excels with MIPS Spherical technology, which works on a hinge principle and acts as a kind of suspension inside the helmet. The EPS shell consists of two parts (hemispheres) that slide over each other like a joint. The outer shell can rotate around the inner shell in the event of an impact, reducing the forces that would otherwise act directly on the head and brain.
Ventilation is provided by 15 vents and the Roc Loc 5 Air fit system ensures a secure fit. Comfort is enhanced by pleasant inner padding with Ionic+ antimicrobial treatment.

ROC LOC® AIR A revolutionary clamping system that improves both fit and ventilation of the helmet. The clamping system creates a small space between the head and the helmet itself where cool air flows. The setting options are the same as for the Roc Loc® 5 system.

IN-MOLD® Designation of a technological process in which EPS polystyrene foam is pressure-injected into the shell and reinforcements enclosed in the mould. Their connection reinforces the area of the vents and ribs. The result is a compact, uniform, lightweight, safe and very durable helmet.

MIPS (Multidirectional Impact Protection System) is a slippery insert between the EPS shell (helmet body) and the inner liners. In the event of an angled impact (for example, if you catch your head on a branch), the helmet's EPS shell will roll a few millimeters over the MIPS layer, protecting your head and brain from the violent rotational jerk.
