Product description
Giro first produced the world's first aerodynamic helmet in 1985, and now with the Aerohead MIPS model, they are once again setting the bar for the competition. Aerohead MIPS is a helmet designed for triathlon and time trial. It offers a balanced balance of aerodynamics and ventilation. It also includes a ZEISS magnetic visor, offering a more aerodynamic unit and the widest possible field of view compared to standard glasses. The visor can also be reversed on the helmet to store it when you don't need it (e.g. before take-off). The time trial weapon of Rohan Dennis and the BMC team!

ROC LOC® AIR A revolutionary clamping system that improves both fit and ventilation of the helmet. The clamping system creates a small space between the head and the helmet itself where cool air flows. The setting options are the same as for the Roc Loc® 5 system.

IN-MOLD® Designation of a technological process in which EPS polystyrene foam is pressure-injected into the shell and reinforcements enclosed in the mould. Their connection reinforces the area of the vents and ribs. The result is a compact, uniform, lightweight, safe and very durable helmet.

MIPS (Multidirectional Impact Protection System) is a slippery insert between the EPS shell (helmet body) and the inner liners. In the event of an angled impact (for example, if you catch your head on a branch), the helmet's EPS shell will roll a few millimeters over the MIPS layer, protecting your head and brain from the violent rotational jerk.
