The Arione is a high-performance racing saddle designed for speed. The Arione saddle features an ergonomic cut-out developed from extensive pressure-point analysis and input from medical professionals, which helps to relieve pressure and promote blood circulation. The padding is also made from Fizik's proprietary Type 1 foam – a low-profile, reactive compound that provides resilient support for immediate feedback and optimal power transfer with every pedal stroke.

The Arione comes with an optional mount for attaching a bottle cage to the rear of the saddle. The mount is designed to hold bottles at an angle that does not interfere during critical mount and dismount phases in transition zones.
