Service and warranty inspection

• I have a defect on my bike, can I come in for service now?

  Yes, if it's a minor service such as a tube or tyre change, we'll be happy to help you without an appointment.

• How do I make an appointment for a bike service/warranty inspection?

  Simply book through our booking system from the comfort of your home for your preferred date.

• When should I bring my bike in for a complete service?

  Bring your bike to the service always one day before the reservation date - does not apply to warranty inspections!

• When to come in for a free warranty inspection?

  At an interval of 150 km or 45 days after the purchase of the bike (whichever comes first). In the case of children's bikes, after approximately 15 hours of riding.
  We also take into account bikes purchased during the winter months when you don't ride as much, in these cases, come back at the beginning of the season (= March-April) after 150 km / 45 days.

• Do I need to book an appointment for a warranty inspection?

  We recommend it. For customers with a reservation, we do a guarantee inspection while you wait (within 60 minutes). Without an appointment, the speed of the inspection will be based on the current service load. We can normally do it in 90 minutes, but the bike may also not be ready until the next day.

• Can you service my bike without an appointment?

  We recommend booking your appointment in advance so that we have a technician ready for your bike. Reserved appointments have priority. Of course, we will accept the bike without an appointment, but we cannot guarantee when the service technician will get to the bike or when it will be ready.

• Do you do warranty inspections of bikes not purchased from you?

  Yes, we service all bikes. There is a charge for warranty inspections for bikes purchased outside of our shop.

• Do you offer to pick up the bike for service?

  Within Prague we are able to pick up the bike at your home (or work) and then deliver it back after the service. The price for transport is 10 CZK/km (the journey there and back is included). To arrange a date, please contact our info line.

• How to assemble bike after delivery home?

  We deliver the bikes assembled, adjusted and carefully packed. Just turn the handlebars, put on the pedals and adjust the saddle height before your first ride. Check out the simple instructions on how to assemble your bike after delivery.

• Do you service bikes even in winter?

  Yes, we service bikes all year round.

• Do you offer express service?

  We are able to do an express service of the bike within 24 hours with a 50% surcharge.
