Return / exchange of products

• How do I return products?

  You can return products in two ways:
  1. In person at an SBCR store or at any Skibi store
  Come to our store with the products and we will deal with you. If the products were not purchased on account of a customer club, you must have the invoice from the products with you.

  2. By sending the products on address
  Download and complete the returns form.
  Send the products together with the invoice and the form to Ski and Bike Centrum Radotín, s. r. o., Školská 190, Kosoř, 25226.
  
  Only uminmaired, unused and undamaged products in their original packaging can be returned.

• How to exchange products?

  When exchanging in person, please first order the new item you wish to exchange the original piece for so that we can be sure to have the item in stock for you. Once your order is ready, you will receive a call from us to collect it from your chosen branch where we will carry out the exchange.
  If you wish to exchange the productsby post, please create an order for the new products and put "Return order No. Original order No." in the notes section. Send back the original products to us following the return instructions above. Once we receive it at our warehouse, we will send you a new item. Delivery will be charged at a fee of 70 CZK.

  If there is a difference in the price of the item, we will ask you to pay extra or we will refund you.

• How long does it take to transfer money to my account?

  The money is refunded to your account within 14 calendar days.

• Until when can I return/exchange the products?

  Unused products can be returned within 60 days.

• Can I return products from multiple orders at the same time?

  Of course! It is only necessary to attach the corresponding return form for each order.

• What should I do if products were damaged during delivery?

  Contact us immediately after discovery with a specific description of the damage and we will resolve the situation together!
