Rental service

• When is the rental shop open?

  We are open daily (Monday-Sunday), the opening hours can be found here.

• What are the conditions for renting?

  For renting, it is necessary to present one proof of identity (ID card, driver's license, passport or birth certificate, legal capacity - over 18 years of age), deposit in cash in advance (in the amount specified in the price list).
  Borrowed material must be returned cleaned of coarse dirt.
  The deposit will be refunded upon proper return of the borrowed material.

• Is there a deposit?

  For renting, it is necessary to make a deposit in cash (payment by card is not possible), the amount of which depends on the products to be rented according to the valid price list.

• How do I book a bike / accessories for hire?

  Use our booking page to see the products available for hire for your desired date, or drop in to see us.

• How is the rental period calculated?

  A rental of 24 hours is considered as one rental day. So if you rent a bike on Friday at 8pm and return it the following Saturday by 8pm, you only pay for one day, similarly if you return it on Sunday by 8pm you only pay for two days.
  
  TIP: For day trips, we recommend that you rent your bike the evening before you leave and return it the next evening when you return - you will only pay the rate for 1 day.

• How properly should the returned bike be washed?

  The bike is returned rinsed of coarse dirt (mud). You don't have to worry about whether you have ridden the bike through a puddle or not.

• Does the bike come with a charger / helmet / insurance?

  We lend a charger and pedals free of charge. The helmet is not free and the rental price is according to the price list. We do not offer insurance for bikes.

• How to choose the right bike and size to rent?

  You can choose the right type and size of bike using our guide. If you're not sure, we'll be happy to advise you in person.

• Can I rent a bike for the whole season?

  We rent only children's bikes for the whole season. We rent adult bikes at the test centre.

• How does the bike test centre work - will I pay something?

  The rental fee is for the first 24 hours at a discounted price of 1250 CZK including setup, maintenance and subsequent cleaning of the bike. For multi-day rentals, the rental price list applies. To rent a bike, you need to show proof of identity and pay a refundable security deposit (CZK 20,000) in cash. More about the test centre.
  
  In the case of a subsequent purchase of a bicycle, it is possible to deduct a rental and service fee of up to 2 days from the price of a new bicycle.

• Can I test the bike somewhere?

  There are many suitable terrains to test the bike right in the vicinity of our shop. We will be happy to guide you to these routes. It is then up to you to thoroughly test the ability of each bike in the field.

• Is it possible to extend the rental?

  Extended is possible on request. If the products are not booked by another customer, we will be happy to extend the reservation.

• Can I come back to return loaned products earlyer?

  Yes, it is possible to return earlier. However, please note that refunds for unused days are not available.
