  • How do I find out if the products I am interested in are in stock?

    After clicking on the desired item and selecting a specific size (if available), an overview of stock availability at individual branches will be displayed.

  • How to choose the right bike and its size?

    You can choose the right type and size of bike using our guide. If you're not sure, we'll be happy to advise you in person.

  • How to select products?

    To easily find the products you are looking for, we recommend using our product categories and their subcategories to help you make the right choice. The categories can be found in the top bar (view on computer) or under the three bar icon in the top left corner (view on phone). You can then browse the menus according to your preferences, for example the category HelemtsRoad helmets. If you need more information about a particular product, just click on the item.

  • What do stock availability levels mean?

    To check availability, you must first open the desired product and select the size (if available), then check the stock levels at the specific branch.

    Here we explain the different stock levels:
    In stock, available for immediate collection - The goods are available at the branch, you can come and collect them without placing an order. However, we recommend that you create an order; the goods are "reserved" for you and will not be sold to another customer until you arrive. The processing of the order is relatively quick and will be ready for you at the checkout.
    In stock, with you in x days - We have the goods in stock in our warehouse, order processing is usually fast and we will deliver it within the specified time.
    In stock in our warehouse, available for collection in x days - We have the goods in stock in our central warehouse/other branch, we need a few days for delivery, but we will be happy to deliver it to whichever branch you wish!
    In stock at our supplier, personal collection in x days/ within x days at your place - We currently do not have the goods in stock, but they are available at our supplier and we will be happy to order them for you! Ordering and delivery may take up to several days due to minor delays in transport, in such cases we will always contact you by SMS well in advance.

    If the item you are looking for from the brands we offer is not available on our website or you do not see your size, you can inquire with us via the Skibi infoline or via chat. For some unavailable products, a "pre-order" can be created - as soon as and if the supplier stocks it, we will try to order it for you. In these cases, unfortunately we cannot guarantee 100% availability.
