  • What payment methods are available?

    We accept the following methods:
    Cash on delivery, credit card, cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, installment payment - ESSOX, staggered payment - ESSOX or KoloNaOperák.

  • How to pay by bank transfer?

    After confirming your order, we will send you an email with payment instructions. Once the money has been credited to your account, we will process the order and send / you can pick it up.

  • Is it possible to pay in a brick-and-mortar shop by card?

    Yes, you can pay by card or cash at all branches.

  • Can I change the payment method for my order?

    Yes, if your order has not yet been dispatched. Contact our customer support as soon as possible and we will be happy to help you.

  • Can I get an invoice for the company?

    Of course, simply fill in your company's billing information in the shopping cart when you complete your online order. When you make a purchase in the shop, you will receive an invoice in your email.

  • Is it possible to pay in euros?

    Yes, we accept payments in EUR in the form of paper notes and return them in CZK. For online orders with delivery to Slovakia, the currency will automatically change to EUR.

  • Are my online payments secured?

    Yes, the security of your payments is our priority. All payments through the payment gateway are encrypted and meet the highest security standards.

  • What should I do if my payment has failed?

    Please try again or choose another payment method. In case of repeated problems, please contact us at dotazy@skiservis.cz or by phone at +420 222 367 700, we will be happy to help you.

  • Can I pay in instalments?

    Yes, by selecting this payment method in the shopping cart, we provide hire purchase through ESSOX. The contract is easily concluded online and signed by SMS code. Instalment payments are available for purchases from CZK 2,000 to CZK 500,000. Once the loan is approved, we send the goods and they become your property.

  • Can I spread my payments out?

    Yes, we offer staggered payment through ESSOX. You can split your purchase from CZK 2,000 to CZK 30,000 into up to 4 monthly instalments without any increase by selecting this payment method in the basket. Just pay the first instalment, the rest will be done automatically. Everything is done online.

  • Do you offer operating leasing?

    In cooperation with the KoloNaOperák project, we offer operating leasing for bicycles and e-bikes for entrepreneurs. Simply choose a bike, fill in the form and collect it after approval. The lease includes a warranty, insurance and the possibility of repurchase or exchange for a new model.

  • Payment gateway did not open when completing the order, what to do now?

    Check that you have a stable internet connection and try to complete the order again. If the payment fails, you will receive an email with the option to reopen the payment gateway. In case of persistent problems , please contact our customer support, we will be happy to help you.

  • Do I have to pay for the products if I want to try them on in the shop?

    You don't have to, just choose personal collection at the shop and payment on delivery. You can try the products in peace and then pay only for the one you buy.
