How to create an order?
For the selected product, select the desired size (if needed) and add the item(s) to your cart. You will see all added items in your shopping cart. Before proceeding to select payment and delivery, please check the selected products, their size, colors and quantity. If everything is in order, follow the orange buttons to complete your order, select payment and delivery method.

How long does it take to receive an order confirmation?
You will receive a confirmation email including your order number within a few minutes of placing your order. If we are delivering your parcel, you will also receive a tracking number to track your parcel.

How do I find out the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order by logging into your customer account in the "My Orders" section! Orders created in store during a personal meeting or by phone are unfortunately not currently displayed in your account, but we are working on it! We will be happy to check its status for you, just contact us.

How do I change or cancel an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve the situation together. We will be happy to add items to your active order or cancel it at your request. Just contact us via chat, email or phone our hotline.
