Gift voucher

• Can I buy vouchers in shop?

  Yes, we will issue you a gift voucher of any value at the shop.

• Can I buy vouchers online?

  Yes, we offer vouchers in different values or for specific services on our e-shop. After purchase you will receive the voucher in your email in digital form.
  To issue a voucher in a different value, simply contact us at dotazy@skiservis.cz with the amount you require, we will then send you instructions for payment by bank transfer and once payment has been received we will email the voucher to you.

• Can I use multiple vouchers at once?

  Only one code can be entered in the e-shop, but if you have more than one voucher, write them in the order notes and we will redeem them for you. You can use as many vouchers as you like in store.

• How long is the gift voucher valid for?

  Validity is 2 years from purchase.

• Can I apply a discount to the purchase of vouchers?

  Unfortunately, no.

• The voucher code is invalid, what should I do?

  Check for possible confusion between the letter "O" and the digit "0". For handwritten vouchers, compare the code with the check stub if you received one. If the code is still invalid, please contact us on the hotline.

• Can I write a dedication on the voucher?

  Only for personal purchase in the shop.
