• What is the price of the transport fee?

  Delivery of parcels over CZK 1990 and payment in advance is free of charge.
  Package delivery for purchases under CZK 1990 by PPL carrier is CZK 90, Zásilkovna CZK 65, Zásilkovna home CZK 80, Czech Post CZK 110 with prepayment. C. O. D. is charged at 45 CZK.
  Express delivery in Prague is 250 CZK. Bicycle delivery is 400 CZK (payment in advance is required).

• Can I pick up my order in store?

  Yes, personal collection is free.

• How do I get free delivery?

  For orders over CZK 1,990 with payment in advance or personal collection at SBCR shop or Skibi shops.

• Where do I find my order?

  When the package is handed over to the carrier, we will send you a tracking number to track the delivery.
  
  Tracking is not showing?
  Please be patient, tracking will only be active once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

• How do you deliver bikes?

  We deliver bikes assembled, adjusted and carefully packed. Just turn the handlebars, put on the pedals and adjust the saddle height before your first ride! Check out the simple procedure on how to assemble your bike after delivery.

• Can you send me the parcel a few days later?

  Yes, write this request in the order notes.

• Can you deliver the parcel to my drop-off point?

  Yes.

• Can you deliver my parcel to the post office?

  If the Czech Post carrier fails to reach you at home, they will leave the package at the post office.

• I didn't manage to pick-up the package, is it possible to send it to me again?

  Contact us, we will do our best to try to resend it to you.

• Can you extend my in-store pickup-time?

  Gladly, just contact us.

• Can you extend my parcel delivery pick-up?

  Extension of the collection period must be arranged directly with the delivery company.

• Is it possible to deliver products to another country outside the Czech Republic and Slovakia?

  Of corse it is! We can arrange it individually - write to us.
