How can I complaim products?
We are very sorry to hear that there is a defect in your product. We will do our best to settle your complaint as quickly and easily as possible.
You can file a claim in two ways:
1. In person at an SBCR store or at any Skibi store
Come to the store with the defective products and our colleagues will take care you. If the products were not purchased on account of a customer club, you must have the invoice from the products with you.
2. By sending the products on address
Download and fill in the complaint form.
Send the products together with the invoice and the form to Ski and Bike Centrum Radotín, s. r. o., Na Betonce 114/2, Prague 5 - Radotín, 153 00.
Never send a parcel on C. O. D., C. O. D. packages are not accepted.
Complained products should be sent clean and hygienic, otherwise they may be returned to you for correction. -
How do I find out the status of my complaint?
We will contact you about the outcome of the complaint within a maximum of 30 days of receipt. However, we try to process the whole process as quickly as possible.
If you submit a claim in person at the store, you will receive a printed claim form with the claim number for your inspection. -
How do I make a claim for a bike?
Please bring your bike to the SBCR shop for service. The bike will be received by a service technician who will write up the claim with you.

Can I send the claimed products by cash-on-delivery?
Unfortunately, C. O. D. packages are not accepted.

Will you reimburse me for postage if I send you the productsfor a complaint?
We will reimburse postage costs in the case of an accepted claim.

How will the complaint be handled?
If you have chosen your preferred method of handling, we will try to accommodate you, but this is not a 100% outcome of the complaint process.

What is my warranty period if I receive new products from an accepted claim?
The new products are related to the original purchase receipt, so the two-year warranty continues from the date of the original purchase.

Can I request a different size/colour of the complained products?
Unfortunately, no. If you exchange it as part of an accepted claim, you will be supplied with a new piece of the same item. A change of size, colour or exchange for other products is not possible, even in the case of an additional payment.

I am complaining products that I bought at a discount (e.g. at an outlet), will I get the same discount on other products?
If your claim is accepted, you will probably be refunded, but your right to the same discount at which you purchased the products will be lost.

What information should I fill in for the carrier?
If necessary, you can fill in your data in the carrier's system (you will have an overview of the package's movement) or our data - dotazy@skiservis.cz, +420 222 367 700.

Do I need to attach also accessories?
Claim the products with all accessories. Should the products not be complete, we may ask you to supply the remaining parts.
