Is there a defect in any of the products you have purchased? We are very sorry and we will do our best to deal with the complaint as quickly and easily as possible.

WHAT TO DO?
Take the invoice or a copy of it and come with the products to any of our stores or send the products, the invoice and the completed form to Ski a Bike Centrum Radotín, s. r. o. , Na Betonce 114/2, Praha 5 - Radotín, 153 00.

HOW TO SEND THE PRODUCTS?
Send the products, the invoice and the completed form to Ski a Bike Centrum Radotín, s. r. o. , Na Betonce 114/2, Praha 5 - Radotín, 153 00.
This step will make it easier for us to identify you and speed up the processing of your claim.
Please send the claimed products cleaned, free of all impurities and hygienically safe.
Pack the products in such a way that the packaging and contents of the package are not damaged on the way to us. If necessary, you can fill in your details in the carrier's system (you will have an overview of the package's movement) or our details - dotazy@skiservis.cz, 222 367 700.
You can choose any carrier. Only never send products on COD. No COD packages are accepted.


HOW QUICKLY WILL THE CLAIM BE SETTLED?
We will process the claim within 30 days and will inform you of the method of processing. Please send us the products cleaned, free of all dirt and hygienic, otherwise they may not be claimed.
