Information for whistleblowers of unlawful activities reported through the internal reporting system
Ski a BikeCentrum Radotín s.r.o. has been committed to its good reputation since its establishment and therefore emphasizes honest, legal, ethical and transparent conduct both within the company and towards customers, suppliers and other third parties.
The company does not tolerate unlawful behaviour and always tries to do everything possible to eliminate the possibility of unlawful behaviour by its employees, statutory authorities and other persons.
In accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act and other applicable legal laws, the Company complies with its legal obligation and regulates the notification of possible infringements, which can be reported through its internal whistleblowing system.

The person designated by Ski a BikeCentrum Radotín s.r.o. to receive and assess the reasonableness of notifications of possible infringements.

Announcement of a possible unlawful activities
Can be done:
(a) by telephone or by voice message to the telephone number of the relevant person designated exclusively for this purpose,
(b) in person at a meeting with the person concerned, whereby an audio recording or a recording that faithfully captures the substance of the oral notification shall be made of the oral notification, with the consent of the notifier, and the notifier shall be entitled to comment on the recording or the transcript of the audio recording, if made,
(c) in writing to the appropriate person, such mail to be marked "Confidential, for the hands of the appropriate person only" or other similar wording ("Do not open, whistleblowing", etc.),
(d) by e-mail sent to a special e-mail address of the person concerned, used exclusively for the purpose of reporting the whistleblowing, to which only the person concerned has access,
e) via the web form on this page.
Other channels and options for reporting unlawful activities
If the legal conditions are met, the notification may also be submitted via the external notification system of the Ministry of Justice and/or directly to the competent public authority, i.e. the Police of the Czech Republic, the prosecutor's office and/or the relevant state administration authorities according to their competence (e.g. the Czech Environmental Inspectorate, the Office for Personal Data Protection, etc.).
In this case, the notification is received, investigated and assessed by the Ministry of Justice or another competent public authority.
